Casey Ryan Quinn, a Pittsburgh-based entrepreneur with an accounting background, co-founded CityLife Residential in 2019, successfully expanding the company to 850+ residential units with close to an estimated $100M value in less than five years serving as the company's CEO. This remarkable growth led to CityLife Residential being recognized as Pittsburgh's third Fastest Growing Company from 2021 to 2023.

Casey is also Co-Founder and partner in Accruity, a real estate focused accounting services company where he currently serves on the Board of Directors as well as a Co-Founder and partner in an independent ReMax franchised brokerage.

CityLife Residential is a fully integrated residential real estate investment company with construction, property management, title and settlement, and real estate sales services. The Company has done 500+ real estate investment transactions since inception. Casey effectively manages a dynamic team of 50+ staff members and 10+ virtual professionals, centering his efforts on culture, leadership, strategy, and capital management. Under his guidance, CityLife Residential has been named one of Pittsburgh’s Best Places To Work for three consecutive years. Casey's mission is to build happiness, transform lives, and strengthen communities.

Casey's personal life is as fulfilling as his professional endeavors, as family remains at the core of Casey's world. Alongside his wife Kelsey and their sons Ashton and Cooper, he deeply cherishes their time together as a family.

Brian Kirchner

Brian Kirchner is the visionary and co-founder behind CityLife Residential, the #1 real estate investment firm in Pittsburgh. Since its start in 2019, Brian has spearheaded CityLife Residential's rapid expansion alongside business partner Casey Quinn, overseeing its growth to encompass more than 850 residential units with an estimated value nearing $100 million in less than five years. Today, Brian serves as the company’s Chief Real Estate Officer focused on continued growth in the areas of real estate investment, real estate sales, and renovation/construction.

Under Brian's strategic guidance, CityLife Residential has earned significant recognition, recently being recognized as Pittsburgh's third Fastest Growing Company from 2021 to 2023. Committed to fostering a positive work culture and empowering employees, Brian has played a pivotal role in CityLife Residential also being named one of Pittsburgh’s Best Places To Work for three consecutive years. He champions the company's mission of building happiness, transforming lives, and strengthening communities.

Additionally, Brian is the Broker and co-founder of Remax Citylife, an independently franchised brokerage. Brian leverages his past experiences and relationships as a realtor to continue to gain insider knowledge to Pittsburgh’s real estate market.

As a hands-on leader, Brian oversees real estate acquisitions at CityLife Residential. He also helps lead the Red Sweater Renovations team, a top home renovation and construction company in Pittsburgh. The ‘Red Sweater’ reference is a nod to Pittsburgh’s own Mr. Rogers who embodies one of CityLife Residential’s Core Values appley named “The Red Sweater”. This value focuses on compassion, authenticity, and respect - the foundation for customer care for Red Sweater Renovations.

Brian's passion extends beyond the office; it's deeply rooted in his family life. Alongside his wife Sabrina, Brian resides in the North Hills along with their two children, Sienna and Bryson. When he is not with his family, you can catch Brian working on his health and fitness.

Zack Susko

Chief Operating Officer

Zachary (Zack) Susko is the Chief Operating Officer of CityLife Residential. Prior to joining CityLife Residential, Zack served ten (10) years with Comtech Industries most recently as President and prior to that as Vice-President of Technology Innovation and Business Development. Comtech Industries is an Oil and Gas solutions provider focused on innovation within the Water and Waste segment of the industry.

Born in Pennsylvania and having spent most of his life in the Greater Pittsburgh area, Zack takes immense pride in serving our communities.

Wanting to give back to the community, Zack joined the Pittsburgh’s Leadership Development Initiative XXVI cohort, where he was nominated to the steering committee for his cohort’s Community Impact Project. For this project, Zack’s cohort arranged a community day of education and fun for the youth of the McKees Rocks community.

This same passion also led him to join the Board of Directors for the Washington Area Humane Society. Since joining the board in 2017, he has served the organization in roles including Board Secretary, Vice-President, and President.

Zack has been honored with Comtech Industries' Award for Environmental Stewardship and Duquesne University's James J Byrne Award for Responsible Leadership.

In his free time, Zack enjoys golfing, mountain biking, running, and spending time with family and friends. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The Ohio State University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Duquesne University.

TJ Bencho

Chief Sales Officer

T.J. Bencho is the Chief Sales Officer for CityLife Residential’s Real Estate Sales and Leasing divisions.

T.J. first joined CityLife in February 2020. During the next two and a half years, he worked with the team to build CityLife’s property management division. T.J. then transitioned to Chief Sales Officer supporting the wholesale and leasing teams.

T.J. is an experienced real estate professional who was introduced to the industry at a young age. His family began investing in Pittsburgh real estate in 1925 and he continues to grow that legacy. In 2004, T.J. took over a mortgage company which he then owned and operated for the next two years while he was a full-time student at Duquesne University. After graduating with a double major in finance and investment management, TJ shifted his entrepreneurial focus to real estate investment and property management where he ran his own companies for the past 15 years before joining CityLife Residential.

T.J. now resides in North Fayette Township. In his free time he enjoys going out to dinner and country concerts with his wife, Jennifer, as well as coaching his three sons Thomas, Luke and Tucker in football and wrestling.

Michael Schmidt

Chief Investment Officer

Michael is the Chief Investment Officer for CityLife Residential. Michael has more than 15 years of building strong, successful partnerships in the real estate investment industry. Michael’s deep knowledge of finance and accounting combined with his extensive capital markets background makes him one of Pittsburgh’s most respected investment partners. Michael is also a certified public accountant with an impressive background ranging from Big 4 public accounting to consumer products and oil and gas. With CityLife Residential, he focuses on accessing capital markets to strengthen corporate balance sheets thus driving long-term sustainability and success.

Michael was born and raised in Bemus Point, NY, a smalltown on Chautauqua Lake approximately an hour south of Buffalo. Michael received undergraduate degrees in finance and accounting from Kent State University before obtaining a graduate degree from the University of Notre Dame. In his free time, he enjoys golfing with friends, working out, and live music wherever he can find it.

Leandra Watson

Chief of Staff

Leandra is an experienced HR and Operations professional. After graduating from the University of Dayton in 2015 with a B.A./M.A. in Communication, Leandra began working in the title industry where she focused on process and systems implementation and management. She then went on to work in the SaaS industry where she deepened her experience in business operations and HR and earned her SHRM-CP in 2019.

Leandra grew up in Sewickley, PA and currently resides in Shaler, PA with her husband, Kyle, and their two dogs, Copper and Porter. In her free time, she enjoys going to concerts, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
